Self Love Spell Work

In the words of the iconic (if slightly problematic) Ru Paul ‘If you can't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?’

Self Love spell work is for those who radiate love in their friends, family and community but sometimes neglect themselves. But darling, you deserve it too. You are magic personified and you need to believe it.

All candles and bottles are unique and bottles contain crystal fragments to amplify the ingredients. This spell bottle also contains ethically acquired Royal Python snake skin (from my own rescue snake French fry!) to support transformation and the leaving behind of old beliefs. Please be careful when burning the candle and NEVER leave unsupervised. Herbs will burn as it melts so make sure the candle is in a fireproof holder.

This is designed to support your inner work, it is not a quick fix. Remember, spells are not a therapy substitute!

Guidance for Use

Ground yourself and cleanse the space however you prefer.  I like to use smoke from incense for cleansing and a cup of tea to help me relax and ground.  

Spell Bottle

Ground yourself, taking deep breaths. When you inhale, visualise a white light of love entering your being, whilst the black sludge of self-loathing and uncertainty disappears on the exhale.  Hold the spell bottle to your heart.

Say out loud (or in your mind if needed)

“I am worthy of the love I give so freely. I choose myself, fully and without apology”

Place the bottle where you need it most. On your desk, by the mirror, on your bedside table or carry it with you. When you need a boost of self love, hold it in your hand or carry it with you.

Spell Candle

Light the candle whilst visualisinga white light of love entering your being, whilst the black sludge of self-loathing and uncertainty disappears on the exhale.  

Whilst lighting the candle say

“I am worthy of the love I give so freely. I choose myself, fully and without apology”

Safely extinguish the candle when ready.
