Guidance for Use

Ground yourself and cleanse the space however you prefer.  I like to use smoke from incense for cleansing and a cup of tea to help me relax and ground.

When activating the bottle, hold it in your hands and visualise what makes you feel powerful, wanted, and deeply at home in your own skin.

Say out loud (or in your mind if needed)

“I honour my desire. I honour my body. I welcome confidence, connection and pleasure.”

Cleanse the space where the bottle will live - open a window, ring a bell, light incense, whatever feels right -and imagine stagnant energy leaving your body and your room. Invite in warmth, confidence and self‑love. Place the bottle where you generate or reconnect with your sense of desire and self‑possession, any space where you feel most like your truest, most magnetic self.

Spell Candle

Light the candle whilst visualising  what makes you feel powerful, wanted, and deeply at home in your own skin. 

Whilst lighting the candle say

“I honour my desire. I honour my body. I welcome confidence, connection and pleasure.”

Safely extinguish the candle when ready.
