Guidance for Use
Ground yourself and cleanse the space however you prefer. I like to use smoke from incense for cleansing and a cup of tea to help me relax and ground.

To activate the spell bottle, hold it to your check and visualise a shower of white light wash over you, washing away what isn’t yours to keep. Notice, without judgement, what you have absorbed.

Feel your feet on the floor and release the negative energy into the ground.
Place the bottle where you need it most. On your desk, by the mirror, on your bedside table or carry it with you. When you feel like your energy is being depleted or you’re taking on others negative vibes, hold it in your hand or carry it with you. Cleanse the space where the bottle will live - open a window, ring a bell, light incense, whatever feels right -and imagine stagnant energy leaving your body and your room.
