Light the candle whilst visualising a white light of love entering your being, whilst the black sludge of self-loathing and uncertainty disappears on the exhale.  

Whilst lighting the candle say

“I am worthy of the love I give so freely. I choose myself, fully and without apology”

Safely extinguish the candle when ready.
