2. Tarot Readings (Digital Services)

No refunds once work has begun

Tarot readings are personalised digital services. Under UK consumer law, these are non‑refundable once I’ve started working on your reading.

If you need to cancel before I begin, email me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.

Delivery timeframe

All readings are delivered within 5 working days, unless otherwise communicated.

3. Spell Bottles & Magical Products (Physical Items)

Handmade items

All spell bottles and witchy products are handmade, unique, and created with intention. Because of their ritual nature, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email me within 14 days with:

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

I’ll replace the item or offer a refund where appropriate.

Lost parcels

If your parcel goes missing, contact me and I’ll investigate with the courier.
