This spell bottle also contains ethically acquired Royal Python snake skin (from my own rescue snake French fry!) to support transformation and the leaving behind of old beliefs.

Instructions for use
Place the bottle where you need it most. On your desk, by the mirror, on your bedside table or carry it with you. When you need a boost of self love, hold it in your hand and close your eyes. When you inhale, visualise a white light of love entering your being, whilst the black sludge of self-loathing and uncertainty disappears on the exhale.
Say out loud (or in your mind if needed)
